3- bags frozen broccoli
2 boxes of cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1 cup milk
2 bags cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 container fried onions
2 tbsp flour
Directions:
Directions:
steam broccoli with onions until done. Drain. in a baking dish melt 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour and mix until it turns into a thick paste. Mix cream cheese, Broccoli and onions. Add to baking dish. Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Add cheddar cheese and fried onion toppings. Return to oven till cheese is melted and onion topping is brown.
