Potatoes
Milk
1 - 2 cups shredded cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes thin and fry until done. Pour milk over potatoes, 1/2 inch in the pan. Simmer until the milk is almost gone. Add grated cheese and stir until evenly mixed together. Season to taste.
