Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. B. Soda
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Cold Water
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Shortening, soft
3/4 c. Pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Sugar, Shortening and Egg together, mixing well.
Add flour, Salt, B. Soda, together.
Gradually add in Cold Water, Vanilla, and Pineapple.
Stir well.
Drop by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350* F. oven for 10/12 minutes.
