2 cups milk
1/4 sugar
3 2/3 flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix salt, baking powder and half of the flower; set aside. In a large bowl cream eggs, sugar and milk. Add flour mix and beat until smooth. continue to add remaining flour, but only enough to achieve desired consistency to run through a funnel. Heat the oil. Put a finger over the bottom opening of the funnel. Pour 1/2 cup of batter into the funnel. Hold the funnel close to the pan and release making a circular motion. Fry until golden brown. turn cake over carefully. Fry the second side 1 minute. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
