Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. rice
chopped onion
salt and pepper
2 cans tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 4 ingredients. Form into balls. Drop into boiling tomato soup (in the pressure cooker). Put one can tomato soup in the bottom to boil, (I add a little water too) and put the rack in. The soup will burn to the bottom, but the rack keeps the meatballs from burning. Spread the other can of soup over the top of the meatballs once you get them all in the pan. Put the lid on and pressure for about 12 minutes on med-high heat. (12 min. once the weight starts to jiggle.) Run the pan under cold water to reduce the pressure before opening.
