Pizza Crust or Breadsticks Recipe

1 Tbsp. yeast
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
Pizza toppings: as desired
Breadstick toppings: melted butter, garlic powder, coarse kosher salt, shredded Parmesan cheese

Mix yeast and water. Let rest 5 min. Add remaining ingredients. Let rise for 10 min. Makes one pizza. Spread on pizza pan. Top with desired toppings and bake at 350 for approx. 15 min.

For Breadsticks: After dough has risen, roll it out 1/2 in thick. Cut into strips with a pizza cutter. Arrange on a greased cookie sheet. Spread melted butter over each breadstick. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and kosher salt, and top with shredded Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 min or until lightly browned.
