2 c. raw Spanish Peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanuts, sugar, and water in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture crystalizes and coats peanuts, 10-15 min. Remove from heat and spread mixture onto 2 large greased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 15 min at 300º. Stir and bake 15 more min. Cool and break apart. Makes 4 cups peanuts.
