Rolls:
Cream together:
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Combine and add to shortening/sugar mixture:
2 c. milk, scalded and cooled to lukewarm
2 pkgs. dry yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar

Add 7 c. flour (enough to make stiff dough).

Let roll dough rise twice and shape.

Orange sauce:
1 cube butter
1 c. sugar
juice of 3 oranges
Grated rind of 2 oranges (don't grate white part of rind or sauce will be bitter)

Directions:
Cut the oranges in two and mix the sauce with margarine and sugar. Boil to make syrup. Pour over rolls, just as you mold them out so they won't push syrup out of pan. Place rolls quite close together in the pan. Let rise and bake @ 375º for 20 minutes.
