2-3 heads broccoli cut into smaller pieces
2 chicken breasts, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. mayo
1/4 c. miracle whip
1/3 - 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Bread crumbs for topping

Arrange broccoli with the flowerettes up in a 8x8 inch pan. Break the chicken into small pieces and spread evenly over the broccoli.

In a saucepan, combine soup, mayo, miracle whip, and milk. Heat to boiling. Stir in cheese and remove from heat. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper.

Pour sauce evenly over chicken and broccoli. Opt: top with bread crumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour, removing foil for last 15 minutes.

I usually double this recipe and bake it in a 9x13 inch pan. You can be flexible about the amounts of chicken and broccoli. We like it best if there's a lot of broccoli, you can pack it in pretty tight in the pan.
