1 Pint Sea Scallops
1/2 C melted Butter
1 C course Cracker Crumbs
1/2 C light Cream
1/2 C soft Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 350º 30-50 minutes

Wash and pat scallops dry
Add cracker crumbs to melted butter. Using 1/2. Put a layer of cracker crumbs, bread crumbs in a butter dish. Cover with layer of scallops. Season with salt and pepper. Add another layer of all 3. Pour cream over the top.
