Crust
1 1/2 C Flour
1 1/2 sticks of Margarine melted
1/2 C finely chopped Walnuts.

Layer 2
8oz Cream Cheese
1 C Confectionary Sugar
1/2 8oz container of cool whip, thawed

Layer 3
2 pkgs Instant Lemon pudding
3 C Cold Milk
1/2 container cool whip
Chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Crust ingredients well. Spread in a 9x9 inch glass dish. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.

Beat the next layer starting with the cream cheese and sugar. Than fold in the whip cream. Put this on the cooled crust.

Beat the pudding and milk until thick. Spread over the previous layer.
Lastly spread the remaining cool whip on top and sprinkle with nuts. Put in the refrigerator to cool and firm up.
