2 1/2 C Mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick Margarine
2 C Sugar
4 Eggs Beaten
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Cinnamon

Directions:
Bake 350º 60 minutes

Boil about 5 whole sweet potatoes until tender. Peel and mash. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into prepared pie crust. Store bought or homemade. Sprinkle with Cinnamon. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean.

This was always made for Thanksgiving and than again for Christmas. You either love it or hate it.
