Ingredients:  
4 cups vegetable broth
4 cups vegetable juice
4 potatoes peeled and cubed
1 1/2 bag frozen vegetables
1 tsp creole seasoning
1 tsp parsley
salt/pepper to taste
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 onion diced
1/2 T oil
1 # browned ground chuck (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and set aside.
Saute onion in oil.
In heavy sauce pan add all ingredients.
Simmer 30-40 minutes.
