A half of ham

Noodles:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 TBS butter
½ tsp salt

Cook ham in crock pot covered with water
Cook 6-8 hours
Pull ham off bones

FOR NOODLES:
Mix all ingredients together
Add enough broth to make a stiff dough
Roll out thin on flour surface and cut into 2 inch squares
Pour the broth from the ham into a large pot
If you don’t have enough broth add a large chicken broth to it, less sodium kind
Have broth boiling
Drop dough, individually into broth and cook 10-15 minutes
Do not stir
Add ham to noodles when they are done
You can check to make sure noodles are done just by taking one out and trying it
Make sure you have enough broth to fit all the noodles and ham
I used one and a half recipes of noodles for mine
