4 eggs
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour about
Oil for deep frying
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar till thick and light in color. Add cream and vanilla and then flour. Roll out thin, cut into triangles, put in the center of each piece a slit and pull one end through. Deep fry holding piece under grease until it fluffs up.
