Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 # browned ground chuck
1 small onion chopped, brown with meat
1 cup diced celery, more if you want
1 can green peas with juice
1 large can crushed tomatos
5 large potatoes sliced
10 carrots, more if needed, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place in layers in a round casserole bowl
Save ground meat for top
Pour peas over top
Pour tomatoes on top of that
Do not stir
Add enough water to cover the potatoes
Cover and bake 350 for 1 hours
Test the potatoes to make sure they are done
