Ribs
1 lemon
1 onion
1/4 cup brown sugar
salt & pepper
Favorite b-b-q sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse ribs with water and pat dry.
Remove the back membrane or score it with a knife.
Salt and pepper both sides.
Rub with brown sugar.
Place slices of lemon and onion on top.
Enclose in aluminum foil shiny side out.
Bake at 250º for 2-3 hours for 1 slab or 3-4 for 2 slabs.
Remove the top of the foil and discard the lemon and onion.
Pour favorite sauce over the top and bake at 300º for 30 min more.
