3/4 C. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs (room temperature)
3/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. tart red jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Sift flour, measure, and set aside. Combine baking powder, salt, and eggs, adding sugar, beating until mixture becomes thick and light colored. Fold in flour and vanilla. Pour into a 15x10 jelly roll pan lined with wax paper. Bake at 400 for 13 minutes.

Turn cake out on a towel dusted with powdered sugar. Removed wax paper and cut off crisp edges of cake. Roll cake and towel together. Cool 10 minutes. Unroll, spread cake with jelly, and roll again. Serve with whipped cream.
