2 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 sticks Butter
1 cup Finely Chopped Pecans
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 package (9 Oz) Cream Cheese
2 containers (9 Oz) Cool Whip
4 ½ cups Milk
3 packages Instant Lemon Pudding
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together flour, butter and ½ cup nuts. Press firmly into an 8x10 baking pan. Bake in 375°F oven until light brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. In a large bowl, mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese and one container of Cool Whip. Spread into cooled crust. In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix with electric mixer; spread over cheese layer. Place in refrigerator and chill until pudding is set. Spread remaining container Cool Whip over pudding layer and sprinkle with ½ cup nuts.

In her notes, mom said this recipe was given to her by Kelli Thomas, granddaughter of my aunt Jean King, wife of dad's brother George. She also said that all her friends loved it and she liked to serve it when entertaining, as it could be made the day before.
