1. Combine in a large bowl

2 1/4 c - Flour
1 Tbs - Instant Yeast
1/4 c - Sugar
1/2 Tsp - Salt

2. Scald and cool slightly

3/4 c - Milk
1/4 c - Water
1/4 c - Margarine

3. Stir hot liquids into dry ingredients

4. Mix egg into batter and add enough flour to make a soft dough that does not stick to the side of the bowl.
5. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for five minutes.
6. Place dough in a clean, oiled bowl. Lightly oil the surface of the dough. Loosely cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.
