1 medium Avocado
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
cup Sour Cream
1 package Taco Seasoning mix
4 Green Onions, sliced
1 14oz can Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Black Olives, sliced
1 cup Shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 cup Salsa

Layer in a clear bowl:
1) guacamole (avocado, garlic powder, mayonnaise lemon juice, salt and pepper),
2) sour cream mixed with a package of taco seasoning mix,
3) thinly sliced green onion,
4) diced tomatoes,
5) sliced black olives,
6) top with layer of grated cheese.

As an added touch, you may wish to pour salsa over the top and the bottom layer can also be chips.
