4 cups cooked, cut up chicken
2 TBS lemon juice
3/4 cup mayonnaise
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp salt
2 TBS pimentos
2 cups chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup

Topping:
1 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
2/3 cup chopped, toasted almonds
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
* Mix together all ingredients except toppings.

* Put in a 9" x 13" baking dish.

* Refrigerate overnight.

* Mix together topping ingredients & cover casserole.

* Bake @ 400ºF for 20-25 minutes.
