12 Eggs
1 Loaf of Bread (preferred stale)
4 Cups of Milk
1 1/2 lbs of Sausage (cooked) & drained well
2 to 3 Cups of Shredded Cheese
1/2 Onion
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes

Beat Eggs, Milk, Onion, Salt & Pepper.... add Milk and mix well.
Add Bread, (tear up into pieces) and add to mixture... stir well..
Make Sure All Bread is Covered with Egg Mixture.

Refrigerate Overnight....

Pour into a 9 x 13 greased pan..... Put Cooked Sausage on top of Egg Mixture..... Spread Shredded Cheese over Sausage... and Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
