6 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 can (4 ounce) Small Shrimp, drained
1 teaspoon Onion, grated or finely diced
Dash Salt
Dash Cayenne Pepper
cup Pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except the shrimp) in medium bowl.
Drain and mash shrimp, then add to other ingredients.
Empty mixture onto a flat surface that has been covered in wax paper or plastic wrap.
Form the mixture into a log shape, roll up in the wax paper or plastic wrap and twist at each end; chill for at least one hour.
When the log shape is sufficiently chilled, roll in in the chopped pecans to coat.
Serve with your favorite cracker.
