3 lb beef roast
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 beef bullion cubes (I've recently begun substituting spices for the bullion cubes.)
1 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) jar pepperoncino
1 (12 oz.) can beer
salt & pepper to taste.(I've never added salt to this recipe.)
Kaiser rolls

Directions:
*Place all ingredients except rolls in crock pot.
*Cook on low for 8 hours.
*When meat is tender, shred it & let it simmer for 20 minutes longer.
*Serve on Kaiser rolls.

Katie describes this as my signature dish. Who knew I had a signature dish? But this is something Dustin and Kate grew up eating and have every time either comes home. For me, it's super easy and tastes great. And it tastes better the second day.~Marty.
