boneless chicken breast
salt
pepper
sour cream
crushed corn flakes
pineapple rings
maraschino cherries

Rice
1 cup long grain rice
2 beef bullion cubes
2 cups hot water
1 stick margarine
1 can onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
* Salt & pepper chicken breast.
* Marinate in sour cream for 24 hours in refrigerator.
* Dip chicken breast in very finely crushed corn flakes.
* Roll chicken breast & tuck in ends. Make to look like a patty.
* Bake on a sprayed cookie sheet @ 350ºF for 1 hour.
* Top with pineapple ring & cherry.

Serve with rice:

* Mix all rice ingredients & put into a shallow baking dish.

* Bake @ 350ºF for 1 hour

I like to top with pineapple ring & cherry before baking~Beth.
