2 - 14 oz. packages Brownberry Sage & Onion Stuffing
1 lb. mild pork sausage
1 large onion, diced
5 stalks celery, diced
2 can chicken broth
2 c. water, more if seems dry
1 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Break up and fry sausage in one pan. Drain fat on paper towel
Chop onion and celery and sauté in second pan with butter
Place stuffing cubes in large bowl, add sausage, add onion and celery mixture.
Add chicken broth, then add water (not all at first, it may use less or more depending on how moist/dry it is)
Mix well
Grease roasting pan and put in stuffing.
Bake covered for 30 minutes (approximately)
If you want top crunchy, take off cover last few minutes.
