Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad Recipe

4 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
12 TBS Miracle Whip
1/2 cup pecan pieces
lettuce leaves
8 Dinner rolls or croissants

* Combine chicken, cranberries, onion, celery, salt & pepper.

* Gradually stir in Miracle Whip until you get desired consistency.

* When ready to serve, stir in pecan pieces.

* Cut tops off dinner rolls; hollow out each roll, leaving a 1/2 inch shell.

* Line with a lettuce leaf.

* Fill with chicken salad.

* Replace tops.
