Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is also known as "Depression Spaghetti." During the Depression they had rations of bacon when meat was scarce. The bacon became the base for the sauce. It started with 1-2 pieces of bacon. But now the modern version has a complete pound of bacon.
