Basic recipe
2 six oz. cans of tuna packed in water, drained
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
tsp black pepper

Add one of the following stir-ins

Pesto
Omit the olive oil from the basic recipe and stir in 2 tbsp store bought pesto

Parsley, capers and lemon
Stir in c fresh flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
1 tbsp capers, roughly chopped
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tsp lemon juice

Roasted red peppers and basil
Stir in 1/3 c. jarred roasted red peppers, thinly sliced
c chopped fresh basil
1 tsp red wine vinegar

Red onion and kalamata olives
Stir in small red onion, thinly sliced
c roughly chopped kalamata olives
