2 c. sugar
1/2 c. can milk

Boil for three minutes begin timing from after it comes to a full boil. "Barely," 3 min. and take off the heat.

QUICKLY ADD:
1 c. peanut butter
1 heaping spoon of butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend and beat well and quickly, and pour into an 8x8 in Pyrex dish.

You will want to cut into squares while warm, then let stand until almost cold before taking out of pan. This is quick and easy. Be sure to NOT boil any longer than 3 minutes. Start timing once it has come to a full boil.

I can't make this without thinking of Mom. And I also think of times of trying other fudge making, usually chocolate, and failing those ones and end up eating it with a spoon. Still good. Mom's though is a sure thing if follow directions!
