8 slices white bread (cubed)
2 cups shredded cheese
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/4 cups milk
1 lb. venison ring sausage (cut in to pieces)
1 can cream mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place into a 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle grated cheese over bread. beat eggs, add milk, mustard, salt & pepper. Sprinkle sausage over cheese, pour milk mixture over sausage. Refrigerate over night covered. in morning mix soup and 1/4 cup milk pour over casserole and bake at 325º for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit and muffin.
