3 cups warm water
8 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 Tbsp. yeast (Fermipan)
2 eggs
7-8 cups flour - plus

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl whip eggs, sugar, oil & water, Add yeast to 4 cups flour mix well. Add flour/yeast mixture to your egg mixture blend well. Add remaining flour and salt. Let rise 15 minutes, punch down let rest 15 minutes again punch down and then form into buns. Put buns on pan and let rise for 1 hour covered (watch, may rise sooner) in warm place. Using a toothpick prick 3 holes in each bun. Bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes. Makes 3-4 dozen buns.
