1 8 oz container frozen whipped topping
1 package (4 serving size) instant Pistachio Pudding mix
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Blend dry instant pudding into whipped topping and mix well. Add crushed
pineapple along with its juice. Fold in marshmallows and walnuts. Refrigerate
for 2 hours before serving.

I remember Mama making this salad and thinking it was so pretty. We all shared many special dinners at their house. And Mama always set a very inviting table. It is one of her recipe cards and looks well used. It was one that I made a lot myself and may have gotten the recipe from
her...or she from me...we shared recipes a lot. What a lovely memory.
