2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 Teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil
Simmer gently for 5 min., remove from heat
Serve immediately or store in fridge and serve cold
