1 medium spaghetti squash
3 T. butter
1 small yellow onion, chopped fine
1 t. red pepper flakes
1/4 t. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut spaghetti squash in half, and remove seeds. Place in covered dish with 1/4" of water and microwave for 10-12 minutes. In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, add butter, onions, red pepper, garlic salt, salt and pepper, and cook until onions are very tender. Using a fork, scrape the insides of the squash into a medium bowl. Mix squash, onions, sour cream and half of the cheddar cheese together, and mix well. Transfer mixture to a buttered baking dish, and top with remaining cheese.

Place into 375-degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes,
