Ingredients:  
Using babka dough; Filling: 3 pkgs farmers cheese, salt, 2 egg yolks, 4T sugar, 1/2 a dried roll bread crumbs, 1 tsp vanilla. butter

Directions:
Directions:
mash farmers cheese thru a sieve. Mix together farmers cheese, a little salt, 2 beaten egg yolks, sugar, bread crumbs, vanilla. Roll small layer of babka on buttered cookie sheet. Spread filling in center and laystrips of babka over filling leaving some of filling exposed. Let stand. Spread one beaten egg over babka to glaze
Bake in oven 375 for 10 minutes, 325 for 25 minutes, 275 for 25 minutes. let cool and cut into squares or strips.
