½ c. vinegar
½-¾ c. hot red peppers, seeded and chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
6½ c. sugar
1¼ c. vinegar
6 oz. Certo®
⅓ oz. red or green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Place vinegar and peppers in blender and blend well. Make a syrup of sugar and vinegar, and bring to a slow boil. Cook until sugar dissolves.
Add pepper mixture and stir while cooking for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add Certo and food coloring. Pour into jars and seal.
Yield 3-3½ pts. May take 1-2 weeks to fully set.
