Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 large bag of frozen tortellini (your choice of filling)
1 small bag of fresh spinach, chopped
2 cans of Italian style diced tomatoes
1 box or 4 cups of vegetable broth
1 8-oz. block of cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in crock-pot, chunking up the cream cheese. 
Cook on low for 5-6 hrs.
Stir and Serve.

Note: For a smaller amount (to serve 4-6 people, use a small pkg. of frozen tortellini and halve the rest of the ingredients. Plenty for 2 + left-overs)
