1 & 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
1 c flour
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa
1 t baking powder
dash of salt
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1/2 c oil
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla extract
3/4 c dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer, combine your oil, sugars, and vanilla. Mix in your eggs and shredded zucchini. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder. Slowly add dry mixture into your wet mixture. Beat until combined. Mix in the chocolate chips by hand.

Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for approximately one hour.
