1/4 cup butter or margarine
10 oz. pkg. marshmallows or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
6 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal

Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies cereal; stir until well-coated. Using a buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into a buttered 13x9x2-inch pan. Cut into squares, when cooled.
