15 oz. can green beans
15 oz. can wax beans
15 oz. can kidney beans
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse all beans; put in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt and salad oil. Pour over the beans. Add celery, green peppers and onions. Refrigerate overnight.

This recipe is a traditional three bean salad. Mom enjoyed making it during the summer months to take along on picnics.
