Banana Pudding Recipe

2-3 bananas
Nilla wafers
Instant vanilla pudding
Milk

Meringue:
3 egg whites
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325

Prepare vanilla pudding with milk as directed on box.
Slice bananas
Layer Nilla wafers, bananas and pudding into glass baking dish
Repeat layers until you are out of pudding

Top with meringue:
Beat eggs until they peak
Slowly add sugar
Add vanilla

Bake on top of pudding for 15-18 min. or until lightly brown
