1/2 cup cacao nibs
1/2 cup cacao powder
3/4 cup raw cashews
1 tbsp. coconut butter (can use coconut oil - not very different)
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
5 medjool dates
1/4 cup dried cherries (optional)
2 tbsp. pomegrante powder (optional)
1/4 cup flax seeds ground (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything in a food processor and blend until thick.
Remove the blend from the food processor and shape into balls.
Can roll in coconut, peanut pieces in desired.
Store the chocolate balls in freezer intially; then freezer or fridge.
