2 cups raw, whole rolled oats (aka old fashion oats)
1/2 cup raw nuts, chopped
1/4 cup raw seeds (sunflower and pumpkin seeds are great)
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup ground almonds
1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped (dried cherries and apricots are great)
2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey or a combo of both
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract or a combo of both
1 large pinch fine sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º F.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and use clean hands to mix well and toss to coat.
Mix until no chunks of oil left.
Spread mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, until lightly toasted.
Cool before serving/storing.
Put in airtight container in cool, dry place like the fridge.
Lasts up to 2 weeks.
