Ingredients:  
1 lb. Monterrey jack cheese
2 cans chopped or whole Anaheim chilies (or fresh)
3 eggs
1 tsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In casserole dish, put layer of cheese, layer of chilies and layer of cheese. Bake 30 minutes, until bubbling. Mix eggs and flour; pour over casserole. Broil until golden brown. Serve with salsa.
