3 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 loaf sandwich bread, crusts removed
and each slice cut into 16 pieces.

MIX above ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

NEXT DAY. add to the bread mixture:
2 cups celery, chopped small
1 pkg crab meat (about 3/4 lbs)
1 can shrimp (drained & rinsed)
2 or 3 cups mayonaise

Mix all together. Refrigerate 3 hours or longer before serving.
