Chicken Casserole Recipe

Aunt Kay


2-3 cups cooked rice
2 cups finely chopped celery
4 tsp-1 small finely chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
3-4 cups cooked, cut up chicken
bread crumbs
almond pieces

* Mix together rice, celery & onion.

* Combine soup & mayonnaise, add to rice mixture.

* Stir in chicken.

* Pour into a 9" x 13" baking dish.

* Top with bread crumbs & almond pieces.

* Bake @ 350F for 30 minutes.

* You may add or substitute any of the following: 4 chopped hard boiled eggs, 1 tsp salt, 2 TBS lemon juice, 1 can mushroom soup, top with crushed chips & cover with grated cheese.
