4 cans of minced clam juice (drain but keep clams)
1 c chopped yellow onion
1 c diced celery
2 c diced potatoes


1/2 c butter
3/4 c flour
3 or 4 c milk (depending on how thick you want it)
1 can evaporated milk


Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables in clam juice on med heat until tender (10 min or so).

In a separate pan melt the butter and add flour. Cook a couple minutes. Add the milk and cook until thickness desired. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix white sauce with veggies and clam juice. Add the clams and can of evaporated milk. Don't let boil after you add the clams.
