2 unbeaten egg whites
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
2 tsp light corn syrup
1/3 c cold water
Dash salt
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except vanilla and salt in top of double boiler. Don't place over boiling water. Beat 30 seconds at low speed on electric mixer to blend. Now place over boiling water but not touching the water. Cook beating constantly (on high) until frosting forms stiff peaks (about 7 min). Don't over cook! Remove top pan from bottom pan and add vanilla and dash of salt and beat until spreading consistency.
